I believe in inspiring and empowering others to improve their health and commit to long-term wellness, no matter the age or body type. I believe you are never too old and never too late to start.
Yoga was my gateway and I fell in love. It awakened something that had been dormant inside. I felt a sense of happiness, bliss, peace. It opened up a new sensation that I longed for — confidence, connection, self love, and freedom.
The movement asked me to pay attention to my breath. It made me work on noticing the connection of the mind and the body. The practice constantly challenged me to come back to the present moment, to tap into my inner world, to be open, vulnerable (which can be scary and confrontational at times). It asked to practice and embrace that everything will be okay and that “right now, it’s like this”~Ajahn Sumedho. Remember the impermanence of life, the ups and downs of this journey called life.
I am inspired by my husband, kids, family, friends and the resilience of the human race. It is why I want to share my passion for yoga, for movement, for connection, and to help uplift and provide tools for others to heal in their own way - an unique and powerful inward journey, that begins with the yoga practice.
